Silver Award of Excellence

On May 1 2018, Parks Canada and Science World (on behalf of the entire project team) were presented with an Award of Excellence by Interpretation Canada for this exhibit.

Interpretation Canada is the professional association for heritage interpreters, naturalists, guides, docents and other educators.

The judges praised the new interpretive installation – “Excellent play learning.” “I have no doubt that when families walk away, they will have an understanding of how wildlife crossings work.” and “The interactivity- the activity in general- is clever and the design is appealing.”

Awarded by Pam Murray / Chair / Interpretation Canada
